1. Orders & Production

1.1. All LISSÉstudios pieces are made to order.

1.2. Production commences once your order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

1.3. Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to production demand, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

1.4. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once fabrication has commenced.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1. Shipping is available throughout Australia and internationally.

2.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2.3. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

2.4. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2.5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

2.6. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.

2.7. Refused or returned shipments may incur additional shipping or handling charges.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1. As each piece is produced to order, all sales are considered final.

3.2. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for change of mind.

3.3. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact LISSÉstudios within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

3.4. Any approved remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Material & Craftsmanship

4.1. Each piece is individually fabricated and finished by hand.

4.2. Variations in finish, grain direction, reflection, tone, and surface character are inherent to the material and manufacturing process.

4.3. Such variations are not considered defects.

5. Warranty

5.1. All LISSÉstudios pieces are covered by a lifetime structural warranty under normal residential use.

5.2. The warranty covers structural fabrication defects and failures arising from normal intended use.

5.3. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, scratches, misuse, improper handling, modification, environmental damage, or commercial use.

5.4. Warranty claims are assessed by LISSÉstudios and resolved through repair or replacement where appropriate.

6. Consumer Rights

6.1. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

6.2. Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.
