All pieces are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed and full payment is received.

Estimated production time is 6–8 weeks from confirmation. Timeframes may vary depending on production demand and material availability.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with images for assessment.

Each piece is handcrafted. Variations in finish, tone, and surface are part of the material and not considered defects.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.

European Union

EU customers may request returns within 14 days for non-custom items only.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
