LS-001 began with an exploration of reduction, discovering how little could remain before the object lost its identity. Beginning as a perfect cube, four gentle recesses were carved into each face, introducing lightness without disturbing the quiet resolve of the whole. Formed from brushed stainless steel, its finely grained matte surface softens light as its surroundings change. The square above and softened curves below exist in quiet continuity, balancing weight with openness and precision with calm.
