1. Terms & Conditions
1.1. By placing an order with LISSÉstudios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.2. LISSÉstudios may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
1.3. Each product is made to order. Once fabrication begins, no cancellations, refunds, or alterations can be made.
1.4. These terms apply to all domestic and international sales.
1.5. These terms constitute the entire agreement between LISSÉstudios and the customer, superseding any prior communications or representations.
2. Website Accuracy & Disclaimer
2.1. LISSÉstudios aims to present product information, imagery, and pricing as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to display settings, lighting, or material qualities.
2.2. Images shown are representative. Lighting, reflections, and surrounding environments can alter how a finish appears. Actual tones and textures may differ slightly in person.
2.3. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to refine or adjust design details over time to improve construction, performance, or finish. Such refinements do not constitute defects or grounds for return.
2.4. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and accept no liability for downtime or technical issues.
2.5. Product availability is limited and may change without notice. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2.6. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing errors, and to cancel affected orders prior to production.
2.7. All website text, imagery, and layout are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or altered without written permission.
3. Orders
3.1. Orders are accepted once confirmed by email from LISSÉstudios.
3.2. Production begins immediately after order confirmation and full payment.
3.3. Estimated lead time: 6–8 weeks from order confirmation and full payment.
3.4. Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery timeframes begin only after dispatch.
3.5. Dispatch details and tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.
3.6. LISSÉstudios may cancel or reject any order at its discretion. If production has not begun, a full refund will be issued.
3.7. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once fabrication has started.
3.8. Ownership of all products remains with LISSÉstudios until full payment is received and cleared.
3.9. Each design is produced in limited quantities. Once a piece is sold out or discontinued, it may not be reissued in the same form, finish, or quantity.
4. Payments
4.1. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.3. Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
4.4. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay, processed securely through third-party gateways.
4.5. By completing checkout, you authorize LISSÉstudios to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.
4.6. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and contact information.
4.7. Failed payments or chargebacks will result in order cancellation.
4.8. LISSÉstudios does not store payment data; all transactions are handled by verified third-party providers.
4.9. Payments are processed in AUD. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees applied by their bank or provider.
4.10. LISSÉstudios is not liable for delays, errors, or disputes arising from third-party payment gateways.
5. Production Lead Times
5.1. Each piece is fabricated individually with precision and care.
5.2. Lead times (6–8 weeks) are estimates only and begin from order confirmation and full payment.
5.3. Delays caused by material sourcing, supplier schedules, production demand, or logistics may occur.
5.4. Extended lead times do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
6. Material & Craft Variations
6.1. Every LISSÉstudios piece is handcrafted. Stainless steel and other materials may exhibit subtle imperfections, tonal variations, weld traces, or polishing differences.
6.2. These variations are inherent to the fabrication process and form part of the character of each object.
6.3. No two pieces will be identical. This individuality is not considered a defect.
6.4. Material honesty is fundamental to the work. Minor marks, tonal shifts, and surface variations are not grounds for return or complaint.
7. Shipping, Packaging & Delivery
7.1. LISSÉstudios ships worldwide using FedEx or equivalent couriers.
7.2. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
7.3. Delivery timeframes vary by region and are not included in the production period.
7.4. All items are securely packed for transport. Minor wear to packaging during transit does not indicate product damage.
7.5. Once collected by the courier:
a. Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer.
b. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for courier or customs delays.
c. All routing and handling are outside our control.
7.6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded.
7.7. If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned, no refund will be issued. Re-delivery costs must be covered by the customer.
7.8. If damage occurs in transit, claims must be made directly with the courier. LISSÉstudios will assist where possible but is not liable for courier-related damage.
7.9. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
7.9.1. All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7.9.2. LISSÉstudios does not pay, prepay, or reimburse any customs-related fees.
7.9.3. Customers are responsible for understanding import requirements prior to purchase.
7.9.4. Failure to pay customs fees or provide required documentation may result in delays, return, or destruction of the shipment. No refunds will be issued.
7.9.5. Customs inspections or delays are not valid grounds for cancellation or compensation.
8. Faults, Damage & Returns
8.1. All pieces are inspected prior to dispatch.
8.2. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or natural material variations.
8.3. For damaged or faulty items, contact info@lissestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
8.4. Items must remain unused and in original condition for any claim to be assessed.
8.5. Verified manufacturing faults will be resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8.6. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, or incorrect placement is not covered.
9. Product Use & Responsibility
9.1. Products are intended for standard indoor use unless otherwise specified.
9.2. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification of products.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All designs, images, text, and content are the property of LISSÉstudios.
10.2. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
10.3. Products are sold for private use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
11.1. LISSÉstudios collects only data required for order processing and customer service.
11.2. Data is handled securely through verified third-party systems.
11.3. Personal information is not sold or shared beyond necessary services.
11.4. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
12. Liability & Warranty
12.1. LISSÉstudios is not liable for:
a. Indirect or consequential losses.
b. Courier delays or customs delays.
c. Misuse or improper handling of products.
d. Import refusal or customs-related costs.
12.2. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of verified defective goods.
12.3. Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Force Majeure
13.1. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, supply issues, or transport disruption.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
14.2. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.
