1.2. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current version.
1.3. All products are made to order. Once fabrication has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
1.4. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only prior to the commencement of production.
1.5. These Terms & Conditions apply to all domestic and international sales.
1.6. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion.
1.7. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between LISSÉstudios and the customer.
2. Website Accuracy & Disclaimer
2.1. Product information, imagery, specifications, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible.
2.2. Images are representative only. Lighting conditions, reflections, screens, and environments may alter the perceived appearance of a product.
2.3. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to refine, improve, or adjust fabrication details, dimensions, materials, or finishes where necessary.
2.4. Product availability may change without notice.
2.5. Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may be corrected without notice, including pricing errors identified prior to production.
2.6. Access to the website is provided on an "as available" basis and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

3. Orders
3.1. Orders are confirmed via email.
3.2. Production commences only after full payment has been received.
3.3. Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only.
3.4. Production and shipping timeframes are separate and should be considered independently.
3.5. Dispatch details and tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.
3.6. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once fabrication has commenced.
3.7. Ownership of all goods remains with LISSÉstudios until full payment has been received.
3.8. Products may be produced in limited quantities and may not be reproduced in the same form.
3.9. Each piece is individually fabricated and inspected prior to dispatch.
4. Payments
4.1. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
4.2. Prices may change without notice.4.3. Full payment is required before production begins.
4.4. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.
4.5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
4.6. Failed payments, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in cancellation of an order.
4.7. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction charges imposed by their financial institution.
5. Production Lead Times
5.1. Each piece is fabricated individually.
5.2. Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.3. Delays may occur due to material availability, production demand, freight conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LISSÉstudios.
5.4. Production delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation, compensation, or damages.
6. Material & Craft Variations
6.1. Each piece is handcrafted and individually finished.
6.2. Stainless steel may exhibit variations in grain, reflection, weld character, tone, polishing, and surface appearance.
6.3. Fine marks, surface variations, and natural ageing may develop through fabrication, handling, and use.
6.4. Such characteristics are inherent to the material and manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
6.5. No two pieces will be identical.
7. Care & Maintenance
7.1. Products should be cleaned using a soft cloth and appropriate non-abrasive cleaning products.
7.2. Abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, and aggressive cleaning methods should be avoided.
7.3. Surface wear, scratches, fingerprints, and signs of ageing are a natural part of the material over time.
8. Shipping, Packaging & Delivery
8.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately where required.
8.2. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are separate from production lead times.
8.3. All products are packaged appropriately for transport.
8.4. Customers are responsible for handling and unpacking products carefully upon delivery.
8.5. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for damage resulting from improper unpacking, handling, installation, or storage after delivery.
8.6. Once dispatched, delivery is subject to carrier services and applicable consumer protection laws.
8.7. Courier delays, customs processing, inspections, and events beyond the reasonable control of LISSÉstudios are not the responsibility of LISSÉstudios.
8.8. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8.9. Refused, abandoned, or returned shipments are not eligible for refund and may incur additional shipping, storage, handling, or redelivery fees.
8.10. All customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Handling & Use
9.1. Products may be heavy and must be handled appropriately.
9.2. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for damage to flooring, walls, surfaces, property, or surroundings arising from transportation, installation, placement, or use.
9.3. LISSÉstudios is not liable for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising from misuse, improper handling, modification, neglect, or use contrary to intended purpose.
9.4. Products are intended for normal residential indoor use unless otherwise specified.
10. Commercial Use
10.1. Use within commercial, hospitality, rental, exhibition, retail, or public environments may void warranty coverage unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Faults, Damage & Returns
11.1. All products are inspected prior to dispatch.
11.2. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, material variation, ageing characteristics, or normal wear.
11.3. Damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
11.4. Products must remain unused while a claim is being assessed.
11.5. Verified faults will be resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
12. Warranty & Liability
12.1. Each piece is covered by a lifetime structural warranty.
12.2. The warranty covers: a. Structural integrity of the object. b. Fabrication defects arising under normal residential use.
12.3. The warranty does not cover: a. Surface wear, scratches, fingerprints, patina, or cosmetic ageing. b. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, neglect, modification, or abuse. c. Environmental damage, corrosion caused by external conditions, or incorrect placement. d. Commercial, hospitality, rental, public, or high-use environments.
12.4. Warranty claims are assessed by LISSÉstudios and resolved through repair or replacement where appropriate.
12.5. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of verified defective goods to the extent permitted by law.
12.6. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
12.7. The lifetime structural warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. All designs, imagery, text, trademarks, graphics, and content remain the property of LISSÉstudios.
13.2. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
14. Privacy
14.1. Only information reasonably necessary to process orders and provide services is collected.
14.2. Customer information is handled securely and is not sold to third parties.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. LISSÉstudios is not liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, supplier disruptions, transport interruptions, governmental action, pandemics, or force majeure events.
16. Governing Law
16.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
16.2. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
