1. Terms & Conditions
1.1. By placing an order with LISSÉstudios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.2. LISSÉstudios may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
1.3. Each product is made to order. Once fabrication begins, no cancellations, refunds, or alterations can be made.
1.4. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins.
1.5. These terms apply to all domestic and international sales.
1.6. LISSÉstudios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
1.7. These terms constitute the entire agreement between LISSÉstudios and the customer.
2. Website Accuracy & Disclaimer
2.1. Product information, imagery, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.
2.2. Images are representative. Light, reflections, and environment may alter appearance.
2.3. LISSÉstudios may refine design details over time to improve fabrication or finish.
2.4. Product availability may change at any time.
2.5. Errors or inaccuracies may be corrected without notice, including pricing errors prior to production.
2.6. Website access is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
2.7. All content is protected by copyright.
3. Orders
3.1. Orders are confirmed via email.
3.2. Production begins after confirmation and full payment.
3.3. Estimated lead time: 6–8 weeks from confirmation.
3.4. Production and shipping timelines are separate.
3.5. Dispatch details will be provided once shipped.
3.6. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once fabrication begins.
3.7. Ownership remains with LISSÉstudios until full payment is received.
3.8. Each piece is produced in limited quantities and may not be reissued in the same form.
3.9. Each piece is individually fabricated and inspected before dispatch.
4. Payments
4.1. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
4.2. Prices may change without notice.
4.3. Full payment is required before production begins.
4.4. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
4.5. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information.
4.6. Failed payments or chargebacks will result in cancellation.
4.7. International customers are responsible for currency conversion and transaction fees.
5. Production Lead Times
5.1. Each piece is fabricated individually.
5.2. Lead times (6–8 weeks) are estimates only.
5.3. Delays may occur due to materials, production demand, or logistics.
5.4. Delays do not entitle cancellation or compensation.
6. Material & Craft Variations
6.1. Each piece is handcrafted and may include subtle variations.
6.2. Stainless steel may show tonal shifts, weld traces, or polishing differences.
6.3. Fine marks, surface variation, and natural wear may develop over time.
6.4. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not defects.
6.5. No two pieces will be identical.
7. Care & Maintenance
7.1. Clean with a soft cloth only.
7.2. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
7.3. Surface marks, particularly on polished finishes, are part of normal use and ageing.
8. Shipping, Packaging & Delivery
8.1. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
8.2. Delivery timelines vary by region and are separate from production time.
8.3. All items are securely packaged for transport.
8.4. Customers must handle unpacking carefully.
8.5. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for damage caused during unpacking.
8.6. Once collected by the courier:
a. Risk transfers to the customer
b. Courier and customs delays are outside LISSÉstudios control
8.7. Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
8.8. Refused or returned shipments are not refunded.
8.9. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Handling & Use
9.1. Products are heavy and must be handled with care.
9.2. LISSÉstudios is not liable for damage to floors, surfaces, or surroundings during placement or use.
9.3. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification.
9.4. Products are intended for standard indoor use unless specified.
10. Commercial Use
10.1. Use in commercial, rental, or public environments may void warranty unless agreed in writing.
11. Faults, Damage & Returns
11.1. All pieces are inspected prior to dispatch.
11.2. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or material variation.
11.3. Damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
11.4. Items must remain unused for claims to be assessed.
11.5. Verified faults will be resolved under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Warranty & Liability
12.1. Each piece is covered by a lifetime structural warranty.
12.2. This warranty covers:
a. Structural integrity of the object
b. Fabrication defects under normal use
12.3. This warranty does not cover:
a. Surface wear, scratches, or patina
b. Damage from misuse, improper handling, or modification
c. Environmental damage or incorrect placement
d. Commercial or high-use environments
12.4. Warranty claims are assessed and resolved through repair or replacement at LISSÉstudios discretion.
12.5. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of verified defective goods.
12.6. Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. All designs, imagery, and content remain the property of LISSÉstudios.
13.2. Reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.
14. Privacy
14.1. Only necessary customer data is collected.
14.2. Data is handled securely and not sold.
15. Force Majeure
15.1. LISSÉstudios is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control.
16. Governing Law
16.1. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
16.2. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
